Improve your fitness and your flexibility in one fun class. Split into two 30 minute segments, we’ll spend the first half of class in cardio and strength mat work, thoroughly warming the body, before moving to the hammock for some deep stretches & inversions.
Class is at Flight Room Ballard, free parking on site. There is no drinking water in the studio, so make sure to fill up your water bottle before class!
