Open up with aerial yoga! This creative flow-based class will focus on lengthening your muscles and creating space in the body. Whether you are working on your splits or deepening your backbends, the fabric will help safely guide you into a deeper stretch.
Open to all levels, but we recommend taking 1-3 Level 1 classes prior to Level 2 if possible.
This class will take place at Flight Room’s Central District studio. Hammocks here are hung from two separate points (vs single point swivel), allowing for greater stability. There is drinking water available in the studio.
